Kata Upama

Kata received a bachelor degree in industrial design from KMITL, Thailand and has worked in the design business for many years in both ceramic and vehicle design. As a young Thai automotive designer in 2004, he won an award in a Ford competition, but he was not sure that designing a greener car was enough to address major sustainability problems.

Afterwards, Kata joined the MA Sustainable Design, University of Brighton where his perception has changed and grown.
